These are listed in the invtypes table. For example, Guristas Extinguisher is typeID 11935, groupID 560. From there, you have to piece other information together from the other db tables. I find Chruker's database relation PDF to be very help...

From the API sticky thread at the top, around page 6 or so: /eve/Alliances.xml.aspx ..but apparently it's not 100% complete...someone said that there were at least two alliances missing from it. I haven't tried it myself.
